Privacy Policy

The Flowr House (Kat & Jaimee) is a studio concept based between Amsterdam and Copenhagen, hosting yoga + floral events and private bookings. You can reach us at hello@theflowrhouse.com.

We only collect what we need to run our events and stay in touch:

• Newsletter signups — first name + email. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter.
• Event signups — name, email, phone, and whether you opted in to future updates. Legal basis: performance of a contract (your booking).
• Contact form & private booking inquiries — name, email, and the details you choose to share. Legal basis: legitimate interest in replying to you.
• Email replies — when you reply to one of our emails, the message is stored in our admin inbox so we can respond.

We don't use tracking cookies, ad pixels, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party trackers. Our hosting platform provides aggregated, cookieless visitor counts (page views, country, device type) — no individual visitors are identified and nothing is shared with advertisers.

The only browser storage we use is essential: a small flag to remember you dismissed the privacy notice, and (for our admins only) a session token to stay logged into the admin area.

Data is stored in our managed database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, EU region). Emails are sent via Postmark. Both are GDPR-compliant processors. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

• Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe.
• Event signups & booking inquiries: 24 months, then deleted (kept for refunds and accounting).
• Contact messages: 24 months.
• Aggregated analytics: indefinitely (no personal data).

Under GDPR you can ask us to:

• See what data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time

Email hello@theflowrhouse.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes will be announced in our next newsletter.
