Booking & payment

When you sign up for an event, we send a payment link (usually Tikkie) to the email you provided. Your spot is held for 24 hours from when the link is sent. After that, unpaid spots may be released to others on the list.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel at least 72 hours before the event for a full refund. After that, refunds aren't possible — but you're welcome to send a friend in your place (just let us know their name).

If we ever cancel an event, you'll get a full refund automatically.

At the event

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. We work with fresh flowers, foliage, and sometimes essential oils — let us know in advance if you have allergies or skin sensitivities.

Photos may be taken for our Instagram and website. If you'd rather not be in any photos, just tell us at the start of the session and we'll respect that.

Liability

Participation in our events — including yoga sessions and floral workshops — involves physical activity such as movement, stretching, working with tools, and handling flowers, foliage, and sometimes essential oils. By joining, you acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, however small and rare.

Our sessions are designed to be gentle and accessible, but you are responsible for moving and working in a way that feels safe and appropriate for your body. If you have an injury, medical condition, allergy, or sensitivity — to movement, pollen, or scents — please let us know before the event so we can help you participate comfortably and safely.

Private bookings

Private events are quoted individually. A 30% deposit secures your date and is non-refundable. The remainder is due 14 days before the event. Specific terms are set out in your booking proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
